These two looks are so different yet have one thing in common — the skirts are both higher on the waist than normal, both are flouncy and both have flirty pleats to add dimension. I absolutely love the look of each. The bright yellow skirt with the white blazer is so sweet, and the black skirt with the leopard blouse is spicy. Bottom line: need a skirt like this for my spring (summer/fall/winter) wardrobe STAT.
