I NEVER eat pancakes…well, maybe sometimes…but I avoid them at all costs because of all the flour and bad-for-you ingredients. Now I can eat pancakes whenever I want with this fab recipe found here. Made with instant oatmeal, eggs and cottage cheese, these flapjacks are jam packed with protein and tons of deliciousness. In my hurry to make them I accidentally grabbed cottage cheese with pineapple instead of plain cottage cheese, but it actually added alot of flavor (and the pineapple was do subtle that my boyfriend didn’t even notice!).
