Britney Spears’ Teen Choice Awards look featured green, purple and blue hair, a hi-lo dress (extra hi in the front) a deep cleavage-bearing plunge … And I kind of like every minute of her style choices. Age appropriate? Prob not. But playful, whimsical and carefree. What do you think?
