"My first birthday dinner was at Rosemary's and it was pretty awesome. I ate like the King I am. I dare you to read this and not have your mouth water: Rosemary focaccia with mozzarella, beet salad, pork shoulder and fennel too, fusilli with burrata, pear sorbet, olive oil cake. I have very sophisticated taste. Chicken fingers and Mac and cheese? No way! And I even went to bed an hour past my bedtime. Score! The balloons my Mom and Dad put in my crib this morning made me think birthday numero uno was off to a great start but then they started singing and ouch, my ears. That really made me question the rest of the day. Luckily it turned out awesome … Mom and Dad are pretty cool folks and they made my bday extra special. Month 12 – nailed it! Now that I'm a year old, I'm thinking my Mom really shouldn't use the "baby" hashtag anymore.
