Hot pink is my new obsession these days. This bright, bold hue is a fantastic addition to the neutrals hanging in your closet — a comfy plain white Tee, your favorite pair of jeans, even a simple pair of black pants. I am trying (TRYING!!!!) not to snatch up every hot pink top, pair of shorts, necklace, etc., that I see but it’s taking some major restraint. Maybe it’s the fact that summer is almost here and the bleak winter is behind us? Or maybe I am just stuck in the 80s dreaming of my favorite cartoon character, Jem (of Jem and the Holograms … TRULY TRULY TRULY OUTRAGEOUS) and her hot pink hair? Either way, I am on board with this trend … let’s just hope I don’t go overboard.
