Dorothy on TV

I had fried pickles last night at the Windsor in the West Village and fell in love with them. Tonight, I was craving them and decided to make them myself … But healthy. This recipe was quick, easy AND it’s good for you – not as food for you as a salad but you get what I’m saying! One recco though – I used Claussen because they are nice and crunchy even though the recipe calls for bread and butter pickles.
