Cashewgurt? Wait what?

The super short video at the Link below will tell the whole story, but in a nutshell (a cashew nutshell), 6 months ago I stopped including cheese and yogurt in my every day meal plans. I lost a few LBS but I have continued to give it up because I feel so much better. But I miss yogurt granola parfaits – oh did I mention I also gave up almost all grains (see above explanation).

Enter Forger Project cashewgurt which I tried today for the first time. And the verdict is … amazingly delicious, satisfying and perfect for an on-the-go lunch/breakfast/snack. I added a little Paleo Passion Foods Krave the Krunch in coconut flavor, and I must say I didn’t miss the real granola or real yogurt one bit.

And for dinner, I really steered away from dairy and grains by ordering Fettucini Carbonara and eating just about the entire bowl. See, I told you I didn’t label myself!
